The Faye Brogue In Oxblood Leather – Vintage Style Ladies Shoes
The Faye brogue has such a fabulously retro look, they are actually based on an original vintage design. They work so well with outfits spanning the decades going right back to the 1940’s, but are also fashionable and versatile enough for now. They would look great with jeans, or even work wear.
The Faye is produced in our small and exclusive factory in Spain, renowned for quality and comfort. They have a sturdy 3.5 cm block heel and a gel insert in the insole, to ensure day long comfort.
The oxblood/burgundy leather is soft and supple, and the colour looks great with a host of outfit shades.
Sizing
These shoes have been developed to suit a standard to wide fitting. They have plenty of “Toe Wiggle Space”. Stick with normal size.

On unpacking I thought they looked too narrow , but they fit extremely well with plenty of room. Very comfortable to wear. Size/fit was spot on. They are a very feminine brogue and look good with trousers/jeans or skirts.
I love the oxblood colour which is quite unusual these days.
I intend to buy the black version when my size is available.

My first purchase from Mod Shoes. I waited for stock and bought the oxblood Faye in size 4 and 5. Usually a 5 but occasionally 4 depending on style/make. The 4 fit perfectly and I love them. Beautiful and well made. Wore for an afternoon dancing straight away and so comfortable. I wore with the black cable tights also from Mod Shoes and they looked fab!
Returned the size 5 and received a refund within 3 days. Brilliant service.

I have just received my first pair of Mod shoes , the Faye brogue in oxblood leather and I absolutely love them , the leather is really soft and they are so comfortable , they look smart and the colour is great for winter , I can wear them with trousers or dresses .
I can’t wear heals as such but this block style is great , I am going to order another pair in black once they are back in stock .
