There are a few things you may need to know in the run up to Christmas.

Christmas Despatch Times
Last despatch day for Christmas orders is Dec 21st 12 noon. After this, we will be sending all orders placed between Dec 22nd – Dec 28th 12 Noon on Dec28th. Then nothing will be sent until we return on Jan 2nd

If you are buying for Christmas, please be sure to give yourself plenty of time, as there is always a rush at the last moment. DPD will do their best to be next day, and have been known to deliver at weekends during the run up to Christmas, but this is not a guarantee.

Royal Mail although your contract is with Modshoes as the supplier, we cant fix any issue rising from royal mail being overwhelmed. We will do our best to help but if you buy late and use Royal Mail, we are not able to send a 2nd pair with DPD.

STOCK: Many of the items you see on the website won’t be/can’t be re-stocked. So no more Boys About Town Scarves, Help Tops etc.. Therefore, can we please advise that customers should purchase early to avoid disappointment.

RETURNS DATE: In terms of Christmas returns, we extend our return policy beyond the normal 30 days, so the return date for Christmas stock will be Monday 11th January 2023.

We have put these measurements in place to try and make it a little easier for all customers to purchase potential Christmas presents, by extending the returns date, we also offer alternative payment plans, such as Klarna and Clear pay.
