Mod Shoes Live

This is a weekly show that we do on Facebook live. It’s a magazine show, where we interview guests, have people sing, and show you some of our shoes & clothes. We also feature a weekly quiz.

We have had some great guests so far including Elliot Easton of The Cars, Simon Parr of Heritage Clothing. We have loads more guests lined up.

Mod Shoes Live Weekly Quiz

Each week on the show we run a quiz. The questions are based around a subject connected to that weeks theme.

There are of course prizes, and the lucky winner can walk away with a free pair of shoes.

May 12th Quiz Theme – Madchester
Entries for this show need to be in by 5.30pm the Sunday before (GMT)

How It Works

  • Each episode of ‘Mod Shoes Live’ will have a quiz
  • The quiz theme will change each week, so some weeks will be Music, Fashion, Films etc
  • 2 contestants play the quiz , they both answer 10 easy questions
  • The winner of the round goes through to ‘3 in 15’.
  • 3 in 15, you have 15 seconds to name 3 answers to the question
    • For instance
      • name 3 chart hits for a band, the beatles
      • Name 3 James bond films
  • How the prizes are done
    • 1st Prize – Is awarded to the person that wins the round and also completes the  ‘3 in 15’
      • Prize: Free pair of shoes of their choice from Mod Shoes present stock
    • 2nd prize – Is awarded to the person that wins the round but DOESNT get the ‘3 in 15’
      • Prize: £50 to spend at modshoes
    • The contestant that doesn’t win the round gets £30 to spend at modshoes
  • Contestants
    • Contestants will be selected from the entries, that have filled in the form below.
    • Contestant will be required to connect to Zoom meeting.
    • This is done live and contestant will need to be ready for 8.20pm, go live at 8.30 ish , on tuesdays
    • Sucessfull contestants will be contacted by monday 6pm if they are for the next show
  • Entry for the show closes 5.30pm on the monday night before the show
